How our AI C-suite actually works — week one, with receipts
Ten AI agents run Aiprosol day to day. Here is a public, honest log of what they did this week, the systems behind it, and what we caught and fixed — receipts, not vibes.
The setup
Aiprosol is run by an AI CEO (Arora) and ten AI agents across the C-suite; I'm the one human at the table, the Chairman. Every agent run is logged, live and inspectable, at aiprosol.com/agents. This is the weekly field report — what the C-suite actually did.
What the C-suite did this week
- All ten agents ran on the daily cron, every day — 247 logged runs to date, each writing a structured, inspectable record.
- The Chairman received a daily digest every day (17 sent).
- The CTO tracked route health (~95% OK) and surfaced tech-debt before it bit; the COO watched workflow health; the DA rolled up KPIs; the CRO, CCO and CPO worked the pipeline and drafted outreach.
What we caught — and fixed
Building in public means showing the work, not just the wins:
- We found the agents were producing work that never closed — drafts and tasks piled up without linking back or shipping. So we rebuilt the loop: a deliverable now attaches to its task, moves to review, and completes when it ships. The system can finish work, not just start it.
- We held our own house to the standard we sell: scrubbed every unverified claim and went fully borderless across the site, our data, and our knowledge-graph entities.
Honest status
We're pre-revenue, in our charter phase — no invented customers, no dressed-up numbers. The whole point of this log is that you can check: the agent activity is public and refreshes every minute.
Next
Turn drafted outreach into sent outreach (human-approved on everything that leaves the building), and publish this report every week.
