SOC 2 is the security audit framework most B2B SaaS customers require. Five trust criteria: Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, Privacy. Two report types: Type I (point-in-time), Type II (over 6-12 months). Type II is the enterprise standard.
