Human-in-the-loop
Human-in-the-loop (HITL) is the design pattern where AI produces a draft + a human reviews + approves before action. Critical for any workflow where errors have financial, legal, or reputational consequences.

Aiprosol's customer-facing workflows are almost universally HITL: AI drafts replies, lead-gen emails, contract redlines; humans approve before send. The exception is internal triage (categorising tickets, scoring leads) where errors are recoverable. Patterns: Slack approval buttons, /studio review queue, email-with-approve-link.
