Launched the /founder identity surface, the /bio link page, and the first Substack essay ("Why my CEO is an AI"). Pasting LinkedIn / X / GitHub bios this week.
Reel trilogy production
Three Higgsfield-ready briefs locked: "Our CEO is an AI" · "6 hours → 3 minutes" · "POV: paralegal's first week with IDP." Renders blocked on CLI auth.
Stripe wiring
Self-serve product checkout still empty. First $17 product needs to ship before any of this matters at the unit-economics level.
This week · Arora handled
What the AI CEO ran without me.
- Drafted and shipped two blog posts on lead-response automation
- Replied to 14 inbound chat conversations end-to-end (no human edits)
- Refactored the /agents page to surface live activity per agent
- Flagged 1 lead I should personally call (legal firm, ICP fit, ~$3k MRR potential)

Where I disagreed with Arora.
Arora wanted toDrop the $997 product line on weak per-click economics
What happenedOverruled. Funnel-effect on managed-plan conversion (11% vs 0.7% for $97 buyers) wasn't in her model. Kept the line. Patched her model with the funnel data.
