Lead routing is the rule-based or AI-augmented decision tree that determines which sales rep, which queue, or which automation handles each inbound lead. Modern routing branches on: score, geography, language, ICP fit, AE availability, and account context.

The Aiprosol routing tree: score ≥ 85 → Hot SDR Slack with @AE-on-rota + 5-min SLA. 65-84 → Warm SDR queue with 4-hour SLA. 40-64 → Nurture (auto-sequence). 0-39 → Future archive (quarterly re-score). Routing rules are tuned monthly using closed-won data. Implemented as an n8n branching workflow.
