PQL is a lead that's shown product behaviour indicating buying intent — used a key feature, hit a paywall, invited teammates, exceeded free-tier limits. PQL converts 5-10x better than MQL (Marketing-Qualified Lead) because behaviour is a stronger signal than form-fill.
