Sales SLA (Service Level Agreement) is the internal commitment to respond to inbound leads within a set time — typically 5 minutes for hot leads, 4 hours for warm, end-of-day for cold. Measured and reported; misses trigger escalation.

Aiprosol's SLA architecture: hot leads (score ≥ 85) ping AE Slack with a 5-min SLA. If no AE response in 10 min, escalate to manager Slack. If no manager response in 20 min, escalate to founder. Reps see a dashboard with their personal SLA hit-rate weekly. Reps under 85% trigger 1:1 coaching.
