Net Dollar Retention (NDR)
Net Dollar Retention (NDR) = (starting MRR + expansion − contraction − churn) / starting MRR × 100. Measures revenue health of an existing customer cohort. Above 100% means customers grow faster than they leave; below 100% means leaky bucket.
